Amy H. Robinson
Amy is a life-long Alaskan. Before practicing law, she spent a number of years working in public policy and public service. She worked in campaign finance regulation for the Alaska Public Offices Commission and as a legislative aide in the Alaska State Legislature. Prior to that, Amy was a case worker for Covenant House Alaska. She also explored a career in media production, working as an actress, apprentice photographer and filmmaker.
Amy formerly worked as staff attorney to Alaska USA Federal Credit Union, where her practice was focused on corporate governance, contracts, and issues related to consumer finance and regulation. Prior to serving in-house, Amy administered personal trusts at Alaska USA’s trust company. Amy is admitted to practice in both Alaska and Arizona. After graduation from law school, Amy clerked for Judge Michael O. Miller in Pima County Superior Court.
Amy focuses her practice on complex commercial transactions and health care law in support of Clayton & Diemer’s business practice group.
Amy is a member of the Anchorage Association of Women Lawyers and a director on the Highland Academy Charter School Academic Policy Committee. In her spare time, Amy enjoys cooking, making art, and spending time with her family.
